Add timeframes management (animation) #686

Add animation capabilities to make it possible to build SVG animations.
Together with a bit of HTML5/CSS3, could easily make svg-edit replace Adobe  
CS5 with a way to create 95% of Flash content with open standards.

Obviously, not anything urgent or really well thought, but still, there is an 
opportunity here...
