Command format in app for `add` does not match with user guide #3

According to the app itself, the ingredients, tags, and steps of a recipe are optional. However, according to the UG, only the tags are optional, which is the correct instructions. This can be confusing for users only looking at the app itself.

Team's Response

We agree with this issue - however we believe this issue should have a "Low" severity since majority of users that follow the UG will not come across this issue and will not have any misunderstandings that would result in them not being able to use the app.

Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: This should be severity.Medium as it can cause occasional inconvenience to some users who only uses the app but does not have the user guide open, and they can continue to use the product after checking out the user guide. I disagree that this is severity.Low as it does not "appears only in very rare situations" since the add command is a very important command.
