Balance eval function and PSTs #68

The eval function structure is now quite robust and fast but it needs more balanced values for optimal play

balanced? this is my entry point. for discussing specific point. What did you mean by balanced? could I help with the data analysis? How do you optmize. I can maybe find my way through the code. but offering disussion here... issues can be disussion threads. or we could disperse and do a parallel discussion (if the github feature still exist). not all repositories have same issue expectation with that respect.. Post can be hidden or deleted, when author see the error of their ways (talking for myself).
