Wrong "sign up" button in token sale page #397

I tested with the link https://like.co/ref/edmondyu, accessed by an existing LikeCoin user. The token sale page showed up, but at the bottom of the page there is a "sign-up" button.

Also, the Chinese text of this page is not yet localised.
