Display problem when changing the tracker #15

Cache is not cleared when tracker is changed, the old data is displayed. See modified function sla_get_level in the attachment. sla_get_level.zip

Thank you very much for your contribution. I will seek to integrate it, knowing that many new features will be arriving (use of custom field as a priority, page dedicated to querying the SLAs of the project, recovery of SLAs by the APIs for users, etc.). This will likely be the first stable version, and we will need to make a few database updates this last time (before this is managed automatically for future versions).
