[x] feat: 支持cache，已硬链的删除后不会再次硬链
[x] feat: 支持cache开关，默认为打开 ~~feat: 支持主目录配置，主要由于威联通重启后会重置home目录的，其他系统不用关心~~
[x] fix: 修复后缀名未忽略大小写导致过滤失败的问题
[x] feat: 添加对于单文件自动创建文件夹的开关(其实创建文件夹更好，更整齐，有需要那就加一个吧)
