Sub installation step included for windows users #16

In the read me file, the installation steps work for windows except for step 3. This pull request contains the windows version of that step: treating the src folder as root.

Closed this because even though it was not clearly stated, the software is designed to work on linux under the hood. It is currently not compatible with windows
