Improving emailing digest design #248

The email digest should be more compact and better designed, and adaptive to mobile. Currently, it looks fine on mobile, but weird on a desktop.

Profile pictures are cut in a weird way

Not clear we should even include them, but if we do should render them right and probably make them a bit smaller
