STARsolo workflow error on terra.bio #422

Hi Cumulus support, I kept getting this error message: “strato cp: error: unrecognized arguments: --backend …“ when I run STARsolo workflow (version 2.6.3) on Terra.Bio. I assume this is because the workflow uses a docker image which has a different version of Stratocumulus installed. Could you help resolve this issue? Thank you

I had the same issue, it seems to resolved in the master branch. Just make sure you import the master branch into terra from the broad website.
