Add defnc- to define private component definitions

Issue: #82 defnc- to create private component definitions

• Adds :private true to display-name
• Tests that private is added
• Tests to make sure existing metadata isn't overwritten

I also implemented a card in workshop but didn't push it since it is pretty obvious how to use this macro. If this would be helpful let me know
