Flat vs Flat Dark #2

I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, so close this if it is. The flat-dark theme doesn't reflect the same visuals as the flat theme. Most notably the background image and the carousel.

This is what I see on RetroPie(4.2.8) and emulationstation updated from binary for the flat-dark theme. flat-dark

With the original Flat theme, I screwed around with the carousel, cause that was when it was first introduced. The custom carousel was just testing to see what was done. I never added to the Dark Theme, mainly because I kind of forgot.
