Added ability to hide the Arrow #26

I've added the ability for the arrow which shows/hides the calendar to be hidden. Sometimes it is undesirable for this arrow to be shown.

@PenguinPero @jsabic So what's the plan? How long does this usually take to appear in the NuGet package (assuming you are happy with changes)?

I was a bit busy lately so I didn't make any changes in some time @jsabic could test this and few other feature currently on master I also hear the guys are setting up CI for the next week so we could publish a new version soon

We might want to add few more things before so we will see, but soon hopefully
