cant feed horse #28

i cannot feed horse

I just checked, it's not an issue of the mod (the mod does not alter anything that could produce this bug). In vanilla, you can not feed a tamed horse that is not full life (golden apple works though).

In Java Edition, feeding tamed horses at full health has no sound effect and movements
