Russian Locale: User Details page #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Iphone app -> select account -> select tweet -> click on '>' arrow to go
to Users page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

change 'back' button to say 'nazad'
Correct alignment of 'Device Updates' and correct 'on/off' button

The on/off button in other locale have no label (on or off)
Updated localizable strings.
Fixed
