(User) Not all files extracted from archive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download BWAPI 3.7.4 and unzip
2. Open README, notice that the instructions mention "install.exe" which does 
not exist. 
3. Also they mention the windows directory that does not exist.
4. Finally the package does not contain BWAPI.dll so the chaos launcher cannot 
use it.

Additionally install.py depends on various non-core modules.

I just redownloaded BWAPI 3.7.4 to be sure and these files all exist.

./BWAPI 3.7.4/install.exe
./BWAPI 3.7.4/WINDOWS/*.dll
./BWAPI 3.7.4/Chaoslauncher/BWAPI.dll

Try redownloading. If it still does not work please specify what you are using 
to extract the archive.

I can confirm that the issue was with the program I used for decompression 
(StuffIt expander on OSX 10.7). Thank you and apologies
