Finish TypeScript rewrite and structure cleanup.

Description

It has been a while for this project –– it is nearly the time to wrap it up. Here are what I have done so far:

• I have been re-writing the website and packages using TypeScript. (#27)
• I have been separating original component into several libraries for different use cases (headless version and complete version), which makes Ams Date Picker more composable and reusable. It has not finished yet, but composable API design is pushing well.
• Re-build the website to make it more clean, focus-efficient, and UX-friendly with dozens of new features like dark mode, variable fonts, and more.
• Cutting several bad API designs in original headless version Ams Date Picker. In the first major release, Ams Date Picker will be fully unstyled and composable, which is the best solution for all developers. (And there will be a styled version delivering in a separate package).
• Re-organize the code structure by using PNPM.

Some vercel settings need to be adjusted in order to fit the new code structure and PNPM settings.

I would say there may be some additional bugs made by the typing. Will fix them later if there is any. For now, it is good to go (without testing).
