Added bootstrap 3.4.1 Reorganized source and target folders. Renamed templates' slots. Added bootstrap components demo page. Added main page splash block. Updated site icon. Canged top navbar to fixed type. Store build-info.json file in the static folder. Cleaned up static libraies (unused entries stored -- temporarily -- in local UNUSED folders). Fixed bootstrap theme error (different progressbar colors). Finished basic layouts and styles: page header & footer, theme styles. Added dds logo. Updated version: 0.0.3.
