Open app with a data from the python script function

Add ability to pass arguments to the app through url query. Create python script what should to do:

• Recieve data as arguments.
• Write data to temporarily files.
• Start web server to serve the app and created data.
• (Optional) Open browser with url contaning data file names in url query.
