Open the app in 2 steps with post request #29

Post request with data should save the data and return an url to open the app with previously received data.

Subtasks:

[x] Update unique file name to include origin ip address.
[x] Modify post reponse to return created url to redirect.
[x] Create optional parameter to behave in the old way: to make redirect immediatelly (?redirect=[non-null]).
[x] Restore removed demo scripts (from git history).
[x] Make a few more demos to show & test new ways to open app.
[x] Make a demos to test app opening from a different server (check CORS issues).
