spaced out page headings and beautified signup form on home page #21

The page headers were increased in size from a baseline height of 400px to 500px to allow for the text in the page headings to have more upper and bottom margin.

The signup form on the homepage has the contact form styles applied to them, and you can now use the .contact-form class to create new contact forms, and you can add the .contact-dark class if the background is dark and not light.
