installation file incomlate/corrupted #14

1. error while unpack FFMS2.dll

and if install manually
2. no files in presets\encoding\MKV

5.0.37.8 r132 or r191? Try to redownload installer, seems like your downloading 
was broken/incomplete.

this was by installers incorrect handling out of space in TEMP folder.

I suggest to make portable distr.

Now we have a new installer, but I don`t know how it will work in this scenario
