Cannot preview 10-bit source file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any 10-bit source file
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the preview, but all I see is a grey screen. The audio is fine 
though.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v5.10.265.0 RC24 on Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

I switched to ffmpegsource and the video playback is fine. However now for some 
reason Haali Media Splitter doesn't autoload the subtitles even if I enable 
that function. Also when I manually mux them in the font looks very generic.

To preview the files and open them correctly XviD4PSP must have a 10-bit 
decoder installed on your system. Or failing that FFmpegSource2 decoder to 
select as a file to open (usually mkv). I use CoreAVC codec and 3.0.1 and works 
fine on my system. Codecs "LAV Filters" also work very well for 10 bits.
I use this version of XviD4PSP since June 2009, before the start of forclip and 
I've become a follower of his work since then (I think it was version 5.0.37.5 
r25).
It is essential that you have on your well-organized system without conflict 
codes to work without problems and personal experience have disabled hardware 
acceleration to avoid the appearance of blocks or green background in the 
videos as not all are coded correctly (eg AVC with a level 4.0 instead of 4.1 
right distorts the acceleration, as well as an inordinate amount of b-frames as 
in the anime that are the principal being encoded in 10 bits).
I also use windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and have had no problems with either 
version. I apologize for the English but I use google translator because I 
speak Spanish. Regards.

To open the subtitle you have to decode directly by directshow to load Haali 
VOBsub and rendered on the preview, if you use ffmpegsource2 you add manually 
from the subtitle of the program.

Oh, I made a FAQ last week on the forum for how to open and convert Hi10P files 
in xvid4psp.

Here is a copy of it:

First, install the latest CCCP http://www.cccp-project.net/

Second, use the latest Preferred Filter Tweaker for Windows 7 (if you're using 
windows 7), in the Preferred Decoders Window, modify h.264 decoding to ffdshow 
(see attached image), leave everything else like it is, apply & close.

Now if you did all that, you should be able to re-encode a Hi10P encoded anime 
into a mp4 that your BD player can play.

Note that this also works for other formats, like Hi10P to avi.

if you want to add the Subs from the Xvid4psp menu you should extract and 
install the fonts inside the mkv file first! you can dump them in 
c:\windows\fonts or in newer windows OS version just right click on them and 
install
