xvidcore.dll is missing #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Encoding to avi container with xvid video and mp3 audio.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect an avi file but i have only log file with error while encoding: 
xvidcore.dll is missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

XviD4PSP 5.10.305.0 (2012-09-13) RC32.1 on windows XP PRO SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.

I think that with older version there was the xvid binary installation inclued, 
isn't it ? Maybe should i install it (xvid binary setup) or maybe i have just 
to put the missing dll in system 32 ?What is the best way ?
