An upside down MIRROR!? #65

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open 10-bit MKV file...
2.Play the preview and video will appear like a its being reflected on a
mirror... Also, video's upside-down for some reason...
3.Convert it normally and the end result will be just as the preview showed...
And trying to adjust like inverting or flipping the video will result in an
error crash that will close the converter w/o giving a convertion status
report...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to get hard subbed AVI file...
Gotten an upside down mirror reflection instead...
Have sample frames attached...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Have v5.10.305.0 on an XP - Professional OS

Please provide any additional information below.
First time I encountered something like this...
Also have mediaInfo of the MKV attached to this post...
Here's the link to the file :

Cannot really provide anything else... So...
Hoping that you could help w/the minimal details that I presented...

This happens with RGB colorspace when VSFilter is used. Tested with
DirectShowSource and DirectShowSource2 - same story for both, video is flipped
vertically. I can't claim that VSFilter is broken, because in GraphEdit video
isn't flipped. I saw this problem this summer, but I don't know what is broken
here (VSFilter or DSS\DSS2). Did you try to flip the video in VSFilter
settings? If yes, it crashes for me too.. Don't touch this setting, go to
(XviD4PSP) Video->Resolution\Aspect->Flip vertical - choose Yes.

With just one little tweak... Everything's okay...!
Thnx so very much... :)
Sorry for the late reply... Had to test a bunch of other things as well...

Hope a more improved version's released soon... And that this particular issue
can help with that... ;)
