What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch the program.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XviD4PSP v5.10.330.0, Windows XP Professional

"Not a valid Win32 FileTime." - this is your problem. Unfortunately it is comes 
from your OS<->Framework relationship, I can't fix or debug it at this level. 
You can googling this error and may be you will find something (like changing 
file atributes with special tools like proposed here 
http://eraser.heidi.ie/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6642 , but which file(s) must 
be processed?). Also take a look at this article 
http://tortoisesvn.net/xpdate.html , but I'm not sure that this is related to 
your problem.

Will it fix this problem if I re-install the Framework?

I really don't know, but you can try.

P.S. Don't forget that XviD4PSP 5 uses Framework version 3.0.

I will re-install all Framework from 1.1 to 4.0, maybe one of the Framework 
cause this clash/error.
