Subtitle doesn't load #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load video with embedded subtitle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: See subtitle in preview video, xy-VSFilter loaded.
What I see: No subtitle, no xy-vsfilter in tray

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.10.330.0_(2013-03-21)_rc33.1
Windows 7 x64

That's because of your codec pack.
Latest codec packs don't use haali as mkv splitter by default anymore, LAV 
splitter is the new default one.
Make sure to have haali as default MKV splitter with the option autoload 
VSFilter activated.
