VobSub not loading as used to be on 346 #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. adding external idx
2. DSS2, FF2, DSS1
3. Updated ver of xvid4psp 5
4. Both Portal vs System

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing no error, but no subs
TextSub works but VobSub is producing nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.10.346.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Win7 64
I didn't modify any of the xvid4psp files 
LoadPlugin("C:\Program Files (x86)\XviD4PSP 
5\dlls\AviSynth\plugins\VSFilter.dll") is loaded

VobSub("c:\blahblahblahblah.idx") is also loaded 

also it's probably been broken for many versions but I usually do the extra 
mile and just remux the mkv files to remove the 2nd srt sub and load it instead 
of adding it
