bitsandbytes can not run on windows10 #4

As bitsandybytes is required by ll2ma2-webui, but on win10 platform, it can not work.

It seems that bitsanndbytes can not find some .so library.

Try this:

pip uninstall bitsandbytes
pip install https://github.com/jllllll/bitsandbytes-windows-webui/releases/download/wheels/bitsandbytes-0.41.0-py3-none-win_amd64.whl

Try this:

pip uninstall bitsandbytes
pip install https://github.com/jllllll/bitsandbytes-windows-webui/releases/download/wheels/bitsandbytes-0.41.0-py3-none-win_amd64.whl
