Unable to reinstall #20

After installing jp.lilxyzw.editortoolbox-1.x.x-installer.unitypackage, if you remove lilEditorToolbox from Package Manager, you can't reinstall it because the following window appears:

It shows as "installed" but it's not actually installed. Is there a proper way to uninstall it?
