Thanks for this PR. I'm currently trying to get rust-lua running on OS X 10.10, but I'll take a look afterwards.

Sorry for taking so long on this one. I still can't compile rust-lua on OS X 10.10. I'm starting to look at rust-lua again on my laptop (which is still OS X 10.9.4), so I'll take a look at this again.

No problem. I think this PR creates State that is droppable it when it shouldn't. I'll have to check this.
