Further relax the test. The android-sdk-cmake package is now at 3.31.0.

By the way, how do you think about a new release? Looking forward to official Python 3.13 support.

Test failures are caused by a behavior change in httpx 0.28.0: https://github.com/encode/httpx/discussions/3428. I prefer to wait and see what they say.

I've been thinking about a new release when afk several times, but forgot it afterwards :rofl:

httpx finally breaks again on their way to 1.0 :-)
