Summary of failed and successful execution #94

I have been running parallel-ssh against 500 VMs and would like the see a 
summary of how many commands return 'SUCCESS' and how many return 'FAILURE'.

I think this might be a duplicate of another open report, but I agree that this 
would be good to have. The main thing that's lacking is a specific proposal of 
what information should be included in the summary and how exactly it should be 
formatted.

I would like to see something like this:

Total Hosts: 500 | SUCCESS: 492 | FAILED: 8
