Add a Racket_concurrency version, which is much faster than the Racket_parallel version.
Speed up the Racket version
Fix the position of --no-compiled flag, which leads to very poor performance

I wonder if it is necessary to maintain the Racket item. Racket always compile the source code unless --no-compiled flag is specified. But if the flag is on, no compiled code will be used.
