No config file in Fabric version #86

Would it be possible to get a config file for the Fabric version? Bonfires and thatch fluid are a dealbreaker for some of my server members but I can see that it's possible to disable them in Forge. I tried copying over the toml file and using it on Fabric but of course it didn't work.

Configs are replaced by gamerules and tags in the supported version(1.20+) now
