Alternate biome blocks create obvious seams at chunk borders #24

The trueMesas, desertCaves, and icyCaves options replace blocks along chunk borders in long straight lines. Some jitter should be added to make the transition more natural.

This is with "stoneVeinScaleFactor": 0.8. I wanted the variant stones to replace vanilla stone in large regions to achieve an "underground biome" sort of feel. It's rather unfortunate that doing so compromises the handcrafted underground biomes, but I definitely want the stone vein size to be large so that new players aren't intimidated by the sheer variety of them all visible in a small area.

No longer valid as generation has been rewritten in its entirity
