Receiving a world quest causes a FadeIn and completely disables FadeOuts until UI is reloaded #4

When I walk into an area with a World Quest, my UI will fade in and won't fade out again until I do a /reload. This happens even when I clear my whitelist. WoWScrnShot_032019_154639

My settings: FADE IN - Alpha 100% / Delay 0 / Duration 0.01 FADE OUT - Alpha 0% / Delay 0.3 / Duration 2.5

This is happening to me too, excluding the Objective Tracker and Bonus Objective Tracker do nothing to stop this, either. Hoping for a fix!

Hey @zeranduskhart,

Unfortunately, I've taken a break from the game so I won't easily be able to make a fix =( I do accept pull requests though, so if anyone wants to chip in on this I'd be happy to merge it in!
