Add Standard Helper Methods to v1 branch #16

Implement the same changes as PR https://github.com/limbo-works/Limbo.Umbraco.ModelsBuilder/pull/14 to v1 (Umbraco 9 compatible) branch.

I didn't really plan for any more Umbraco 9 releases, but I'll see if I can get this merged and released 😉

I haven't had the time to look into this one. With Umbraco 9 being end-of-life, is still relevant to you? Or have you already upgraded to Umbraco 10+?

I worked around it for the on v9 site I have live :-) You don't need to worry about this.
