Provide default configuration values in main.conf #51

Overridden file should be called movico-ext.conf and should stay in <root>/conf.
New main.conf is called movico.conf with default values should be moved to 
<root>/lib/config or sth.

Settings class must be overwritten to first check if a key exists in 
movico-ext.conf and, if not, back up to movico.conf.
