rates doens't changing.. #22

after i setup rates in \AL Emulator\AL-Game\config\main\rates i log in 
game,kill a mob but don't get more xp and drop..

u should look carefully what are u setting up...exp gain and drop working~

in another version i changed and works,.in this rev i changed from rates but 
don't work.
