Allow crash report generation from other process on Mac #159

On the Mac, there have been numerous problems caused by breakpad hanging the
crashed process during crash report generation (malloc locks, etc.), so some 
hooks are being added
in exception_handler and minidump_generator to allow another process to
generate the crash report on a crashing process.
