Report assertion type in minidump_stackwalk output #170

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

For non-crash assertions that generate a minidump, we don't currently
output the assertion data from minidump_stackwalk. This makes stackwalk
output for i.e. the invalid parameter handler on Win32 not very informative.

Here's a mostly working patch. I didn't add anything to the machine readable
output
yet, and the output format is open for debate, but it reads the assertion and
outputs it.
