Error 500: ecom_billto_postal_city is too long #14

In some cases, the Ingenico module returns a 500 error (without debug mode) and an error (in debug mode) when the client city is too long. This is not normal and the module should work around this problem.

@olegisk Is it possible to fix this problem ?
