Make OSX build on Travis #530

I'm pretty sure that I've fixed all the dependency issues, but some of the python tests are failing. It would be good if someone with the OS could diagnose further.

Try disabling "reload_test.py" on OSX and see if that helps. The issue with reload_test.py is tracked in #531
