How to convert own reference database to Anapaca-compatible library? #58

Hi!

Thank you so much for your work and for making things a lot easier for non-coding people. :) I would like to ask if there is a way that we can convert our own reference database to an Anacapa-compatible library. I found the link in your GitHub documentation about this but the link is broken. We are delighted to hear from you and glad you have found CRUX/Anacapa valuable.

Apologies for the broken link. The detailed instructions for manually adding your own sequences to a CRUX reference database or generating your own CRUX reference database are here: https://github.com/limey-bean/CRUX_Creating-Reference-libraries-Using-eXisting-tools/blob/master/Manual_addition_of_reads_to_CRUX.txt

We will make sure to fix the Read.Me to be clearer in the future.
