Do bgen sample file determines order of the samples? #11

Does .bgen "sample" file determine the order of samples in the calls and all of the other genotype data sets? (similar to plink .fam file?)

The first sample in the sample file will be associated with the first sample in the bgen file, and so on.

Thanks, it's same as in .fam file
