Unhelpful error message for very long timing #4

Steps:

  1. Enter select /d timed /t loops
  2. enter any number of questions
  3. Enter 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 for number of minutes.

The number entered is technically a valid number. Error message could be more helpful if it showed the maximum possible input.
