Issues/Questions:

  1. How do we take the Bento code snippet and create a usable Packer image on ubuntu 18.04?
    • qemu-ing convert doesn't currently work with Packer and will actively break shit. the lovely Packer folks know about it and are addressing it here

Solutions:

  1. still looking for a solution to this
  2. got sick so left around noon. helped with some ansible/packet troubleshooting for the incident before I left.
