This makes it so if you accidentally double right click it will perform the menu action if you don't attend to
Good point, i will change this behavior for the next update.
I would suggest that limo would benefit from a downloads panel.
I agree and i will add this to the list of planned features, but it won't be part of the next update.
There's also a bug where you try to install a mod via download from nexus, or by manually installing mods by dragging it to mods tab, or by setting up tags then exiting those popup windows I mentioned (there are more but I forgot), Limo would gray out any activities like sorting mods, renaming, removing mods, etc.
I should have reported this as this was present since the first version of Limo, but, this bug can easily be fixed by going to filters, then auto sort tags to reload the UI.
Also + for that downloads suggestion/panel.
then exiting those popup windows I mentioned
Graying out some options during certain dialogs is intentional and should be restored to normal when exiting those windows. I cannot reproduce this bug when closing the install mod window or any tag windows. If sounds like Limo does not receive the proper close event for some reason. Are you using the latest Flatpak Limo? Which desktop environment are you using?

Yes.
Which desktop environment are you using?
KDE Plasma 6
I cannot reproduce this bug
That's weird, let me see if I can get you a video demonstration of the bug
I can reproduce the issue with options staying grayed out after closing dialogs, but only if I close them using the Esc key on my keyboard. The issue doesn't occur when closing the dialogs with their 'Cancel' or 'OK' buttons. This is with the latest Flatpak version, on GNOME.

Sorry for the late reply, but this was it! No matter what popup or dialog you open, if you chose to exit via ESC key it will grey out all actions until you refresh tags. Clicking cancel or X doesn't have this behavior.
Right clicking is currently able to be used on the right click menu to perform the action. This makes it so if you accidentally double right click it will perform the menu action if you don't attend to. Might I suggest that only left click can be used on the right click menus to stop accidental actions.
When downloading a file from NexusMods with the inbuilt downloader, you don't seem to be able to perform a lot of actions such as dragging mods around while it is downloading. Also from what I can see, there is no way to cancel a download except to close limo. Also if the user cancels an install, they then have to go into the download folder and drag the mod back in to limo to install it or download the file again. I would suggest that limo would benefit from a downloads panel.
