[BUG] - Blueprint Tweaks and wind towers #100

When placing a blueprint with wind towers over water, it requires placed foundation, where as without a blueprint, you can just put them on water now and they don't use foundation from inventory

I’m not sure this issue is a bug from Blueprint Tweaks. I would recommend to report the bug to game developers.
