[Enhancement]Add way to open BP menu without having to clear clipboard. #64

Sometimes I want to hit CtrlV to open the BP menu instead of pasting something. Currently I can do this by either: -Pressing CtrlC first and then pressing the Reset BluePrint button, or -Pressing 0, which requires me to take my hand off of it's home position/or my mouse hand.

So i propose a couple of things. -Double pressing CtrlV just goes straight to the BP menu, or -Add BP menu button to the CtrlV menu

I guess I could just get into the habbit of pressing the BP button on the hotbar if i intend to do that as well, i'm new and only just noticed it. I still wouldn't mind having it added to the CtrlV menu as well though, right next to the SavePrint button.
